Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup parmesan cheese
Half cup of ham
Chives
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
Step 1 - bring your stove top water to a boil - drop In your egg for 8 minutes, remove and drop in an ice bath then peel
Step 2 - in a pan with no oil, drop in the parmesan cheese with the ham, once the sides start to brown, use a spatula to flip
Step 3 - once browned on each side, remove and top with the chives
Step 4 - drop the egg on top, top with the everything seasoning, and have the best ham egg and cheese ever
