Ingredients:
1 pound Steak (such as chuck or stir fry)
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil or butter
1/2 Onion (sliced)
1/2 Bell Pepper (red and/or green sliced)
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
a few pinches of beef bouillon powder
provolone cheese
hoagie rolls or something similar
Now Let’s Cook
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet on medium high heat
- add beef and spices stir and combine well until meat begins to brown
- add onion and bell pepper and beef bouillon powder stir and allow to simmer until meat is tender about 8-10 minutes
- Turn oven broiler on
- add remaining butter to another skillet on medium high heat once melted add rolls and toast until golden brown
- spoon meat mixture on top of toasted roll then top with slices of provolone cheese
- place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil under the broiler for 2-5 minutes until cheese is melted be careful not to burn.
