INGREDIENTS:
1 rack St. Louis style ribs (cut in half or thirds so it can fit in the slow cooker)
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons dried cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1.5 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1 teaspoons freshly ground Black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup orange juice
1-2 tablespoons liquid smoke
corn or flour tortillas
topping of choice
NOW LET’S COOK
In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, oregano, coriander, salt and black pepper.
Rub spices onto ribs and place in the slow cooker. Add in garlic, dried chiles, liquid smoke and orange juice.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours until fall-apart tender.
Remove bones and shred/pull apart meat using a fork. Serve in corn tortillas and any topping of choice
