The holiday movies are rolling in heavy and the next one to premiere on our screens is Who Is Christmas Eve? The film stars Romeo Miller and Paige Hurd, who play Eve and Chris, a couple in the Bounce TV movie original. The movie follows Eve who was abandoned as an infant on the steps of a church 30 years ago on Christmas Eve.
Now, struggling to move forward with her life, she embarks on a search to uncover the mystery of her birth. Eve is helped and supported by her boyfriend Chris and famed investigative genealogist Pamela Slaton (Juliana Harkavy, Arrow). The movie is inspired by the investigative work of the real-life Slaton, who serves as an executive producer. Paige Audrey-Marie Hurd serves as a co-executive producer.
Your Voice Media correspondent spoke to Miller, who shared that the film came "magical."
"As soon as I read the script, I knew it was going to be magical," said Miller. "I don't care if we had to shoot the movie in three months to three days, the movie was going to come out magical based on the story and the people around it. I'm not being cocky or biased, but I knew this story was going to be amazing"
Segueing into the holidays, the panel expressed what they would want to have as a gift if they were Santa Claus instead of cookies, to which Miller shared he would like scented candles in place of cookies.
"I'll take candles any day," he said. "Ho-ho-ho, leave me some candles and smell goods."
