Ingredients:
2 CUPS SUGAR
1-3/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 CUP HERSHEYS COCOA
1-1/2TSP BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
2 EGGS
1 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1 CUP BOILING WATER
Directions:
1 - Heat oven to 350Degrees. Grease and flour 2 - 9inch round baking pans.
2- combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on med. speed for 2 min. Stir in boiling water (It should look thin). Pour into pans.
3 - Bake 30-35 Min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Make sure to let cool for at least 10 mins before you remove them from the pans, once removed let cool completely.
Frosting:
1 Stick butter
2/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rainbow sprinkles
Melt Butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to the spreading consistency that you desire. Add a small amount of additional milk, if you can’t get that consistency, stir in the vanilla. This should make about 2 cups of frosting, when finished frosting top with the sprinkles and eat it all.
