Undoubtedly, you have seen the baked tomato feta pasta sweeping the internet.

INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas:
1 can of chickpeas, half the liquid drained, don't rinse
1 pint (or less) cherry tomatoes, halved
2 chopped scallions (green onions)
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. olive oil
Feta:
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 block feta, drained on paper towels
Pita bread or Naan
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a baking dish, cover with foil, bake 350F for 30 minutes.
Mix sesame seeds with cornstarch, and coat the block of feta on all 6 sides.
Melt butter in nonstick pan over medium heat. When melted add feta and fry on all 6 sides until golden brown and soft, about 10 minutes. Use 2 spatulas to turn it.
Plate the feta, surround with chickpeas and their amazing sauce.
Serve with lemon wedges and pita or naan.
