Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of ground meat of your choice (1lb Italian sausage 1/2 lb beef)
1 thick and zesty spaghetti season pack
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cheese of choice (I used an Italian blend)
Now let's cook:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
Tear 2 slices bread and cover with 1/2 cup milk mash until bread is moisten (set aside)
In a large bowl add ground meat (Italian sausage and beef), thick and zesty spaghetti seasoning, Italian seasoning, parsley, and black pepper and combine
Add bread mixture mix add 2 cups of cheese mix well again then form meatballs bake on lightly greased baking sheet for 20 minutes
Remove meatballs from baking sheet and place in favorite spaghetti sauce for 5-10 minutes
Serve over noodles or in a loaf of french bread for a delish sandwich
