Amidst morning for his loss, DaBaby opens up about mental health following his brother's suicide.
After breaking his silence, the rapper revealed that he is currently seeking therapy to help aid the new emotions he now has under his brother's absence.
Earlier this week, the news reported that Glen Johnson, DaBaby's older brother, died early November suffering from a gunshot wound.
After learning about his brother's death, DaBaby took to Twitter his feelings on the issue adding that seeking help is important for those suffering from depression and any other mental health issues. He continued "You suffer from PTSD take that s**t serious & get the help I'm bouta get a therapist my d**n self!"
Using Twitter as an outlet, DaBaby also shared a few Tweets including a prayer after deactivating his Instagram account.
"Death don’t phase me at all, watching my family suffer does. GOD watch over my family, my mama, my nieces & nephew & they mama, my brother. He added "Don’t worry bout me take whatever you was do for me and pour it into them & keep me cool, cuz God you know! The world don’t Amen."
Back in 2018, DaBaby suffered from another loss as his father passed away unexpectedly. Pushing the importance of taking mental health seriously, DaBaby is amongst others struggling to cope with the various challenges life may throw. Seeking help, and in DaBaby's case seeking therapy, can help in saving a life.
