Cilantro Chutney Sandwiches

Here's the recipe..


👉300 gms freshly grated Coconut ( I use whole food organic coconut)

👉One bunch fresh Coriander

👉3/4 tsp Pepper Corns

👉1 tsp Cumin Seeds

👉1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

👉1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

👉2 tsp Sugar (optional)

👉1 tsp Lemon juice or Tamarind pulp (I use the ready-made tamarind pulp)

👉2 Green Chillies- roughly chopped 

👉¼ tsp Salt

👉2 to 3 Dates

👉1 small Onion- roughly chopped

👉6 medium sized Garlic Cloves

👉1/4 inch Ginger

👉3 tbsp Water (if required)


Instructions

👉Add all the ingredients into either a mixer, a blender, or a food processor until you have a coarse paste ..


👉You can keep it in an airtight container for up to 4 to 5 days only, since this has all raw ingredients.
