Not only is this a quick and easy recipe but it's packed with a whole bunch of flavor.
What you will need:
2 Large Chicken Breasts
1 ½ tbsp. dried oregano
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp salt (or salt to taste)
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp. mayo
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Skewers
Method:
1. Cube the chicken breasts.
2. Combine all ingredients – chicken, oregano, garlic, salt, lemon juice, mayo, yogurt, and olive oil and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
3. Thread chicken on skewers.
4. Place on hot charcoal or gas grill and grill till done about 6 to 8 minutes.
Serve over pita bread or rice and ENJOY.
