Ingredients:
2.5 lbs chicken thighs Bone in Skin On
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp sriracha
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
4 springs chives
Instructions:
Step 1 - Mix All Ingredients in a bowl and Marinate the Chicken thighs for 2 hours at least
Step 2 - In a cast iron place the chicken thighs and pour the remaining marinade over the top
Step 3 - Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour
Step 4 - Every 15 minutes remove from the oven and baste in the sauce
Step 5 - Remove from oven finish with the checks and serve - Enjoy
